I recently visited this lovely pub with a group of friends after hearing good things about it, and I must say, it exceeded all our expectations! The atmosphere was vibrant yet cosy, making it the perfect spot for a relaxed evening out. We were greeted with warm smiles from the staff as soon as we walked in, and the service was incredibly attentive throughout our visit. I particularly loved their extensive selection of craft beers – I tried a local ale that was absolutely divine! We also shared a few plates of their delicious pub grub, and I can’t recommend the homemade chips enough; they were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside! The only minor hiccup was that we had to wait a little longer than expected for our food during peak hours, but the staff kept us informed and even offered us complimentary drinks while we waited. Overall, it’s a fantastic place that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun night out in a welcoming environment. I can’t wait to return and try more from their menu!

I had my first experience at this pub last weekend, and it was quite enjoyable overall! The ambience was lively, filled with locals engaging in friendly banter. I ordered a pint of a recommended lager, which was refreshing and perfectly chilled. The highlight for me had to be the live music; the band created such a great atmosphere, and it really enhanced my evening. However, I did find that the seating was a bit cramped, especially when it got busier, making it hard to move around comfortably. It would be great if they could optimise the space a little better. Nonetheless, I had a wonderful time and will certainly return to soak in more of the local vibe!

What a fantastic little spot! I stumbled across this pub while exploring the area, and I’m so glad I did. The interior is charming and has a lovely rustic vibe, which I found very inviting. The staff were friendly and made me feel right at home. I ordered a burger, and it was cooked to perfection – juicy and packed with flavour. They also have a nice selection of vegetarian options, which is always a plus for me. The only thing I would suggest is to expand the dessert menu; I would have loved to see more options available. Overall, a great experience, and I will definitely be coming back soon to try out their Sunday roast!
